Mothers day

I am so blessed to be able to be a mother to this sweet Girl. I am overwhelmed to think that she is mine and was chosen just for me. I learn so much from her everyday. She teaches me to be patient and more Christlike. Motherhood is extremely challenging and yet the most rewarding thing I have ever done.

I am so grateful for my own mamma for all she does for me. She is a woman of faith. She strives to be obedient and righteous in all that she does. She serves anyone and everyone and she learns to love who she serves. She has taught me to always stand up for what I know is right. I am so blessed that I was sent to her on this earth. I am also grateful for the knowledge that I have that families are forever.
I love you mamma Morphy. Hope I can be half the mom you were to me!

Easter

We had such a fun Easter this year. We got together with friends and family to celebrate.

My cousin Samantha goes to ASU now so we were lucky enough to have her come over as well. She was helping Grace gets lots of eggs.
Even though Grace kept taking breaks to eat the candy inside :)
My old friend Kiara from Utah and her son Kia came to join the fun as well.
The Smith gang hosted a YUMMY meal and such a fun afternoon.

Trip to Stephanies Little Luxuries

Today we went back to my old shop where I used to work, they had Easter egg decorating for the kiddos. Here is Grace and Tanner ready to dig in!

Each kid was able to pick a treat at the end. We had such a fun morning, thanks to the girls at Stephanie's!

Grace also made a new friend with one of the DARLING dolls there.

Family night

Last night we went to Ice cream for family night and snapped these cute pictures of our "big girl" VERY excited she got her own spoon and cup to herself!

Mom & Dad

My mom and dad were in town this past weekend for a quick trip. We had such a great time visiting with them. We had bbq's, picnics, shopping, crafting, sewing, went to the races, and much much more.

Mimi Visits

My sassy little sister, Mimi, surprised us with an amazing trip to az with two of her cutest friends. Taylor and Katie are pretty much part of the fam.
We went shopping, sonic runs, eating lots of yummy food, some more shopping... and just hanging out!

Gracie LOVED that the chicas were in town and her very special mimi was here too.

Nursery

Can you believe it? I cant... Grace had her first day of nursery today at church. In our church kids 18months-3 years of age go to a class called nursery for a few hours.
We have the cutest, sweetest teachers in our nursery. Only about 5 other kids. I ended up staying in there the whole time since Grace was NOT to excited about me LEAVING..... She knew something was up and that she was going to be left alone without me. We will try again NEXT week.
