Morphy Family Reunion 2013

WOW!! what a weekend! I cant believe it is over... We had the 2nd Annual MORPHY REUNION. 

Went on family Hikes in the red rock of St. George. 

Went to the lake and built sand castles and collected rocks.

 Went into St george to a fun river and splash pad.

                                                

 Went on "nature" walks and collected treasures....

Yummy shave ice runs...........

                                      
The house we stayed in was right on the golf course, and the boys took advantage and played a few afternoons..

We love our crazy mimi girl.. She is EVERYONES favorite. They all fight over her lap! 

We were able to visit the temple grounds while we were there. 

Can not forget the famous MORPHY TALENT SHOW! Nanny and Boppa in the middle of their MAGIC show and skit!

Not the best picture but this family of ours is AMAZING!!! even with all the chaos and crazy kids we managed to have great adult talks in the evenings, and stayed up way to late. Families are forever. 

                                   

Morphy Family in Town

Samantha our cute cousin graduated from ASU this past weekend. Our Morphy Sonoma family was able to attend the graduation and it was a bonus for us as we were able to see our sweet family! 

 Aunt Lizzy, Uncle Charlie and all of the kids...

 The Graduate! We have loved having Sammy close and will miss her if she moves away.

 We all met up at a splash pad in Scottsdale and enjoyed a nice afternoon together.

 Aunt liz AKA , Aunty Lips.. Let these three girls try on her FAMOUS red lipstick! they were in heaven!

 While at the splash pad our little cousin Stella stood on her own for the first time. It was very exciting!

It was such a wonderful easy few days. Whenever we are all together it makes us miss Grandma Dixie and Grandpa Bud. What great childhood memories I have of both of them. Families are forever.... Thank you Morphys for spending time with your AZ family.

Mothers Day Weekend

 I had the greatest weekend..... I was sure spoiled!

 Pedicures with friends.................

Date night with the family.. Shaved ice and fountains..

Church with the family. 

 

 Grace came home from Primary with the sweetest present for me. It is already hanging in our kitchen.

                                             

I was very spoiled with flowers, presents, delicious meals, and yummy treats!! 

                This handsome guy made sure my day was so special. I even took a NAP!! Love him to pieces. 

                                                 
This is what it is about.... I am so lucky to have these little sweethearts on loan. I feel blessed more and more each day to be their mom when I see them grow and learn. When I became a mother I learned of a new kind of LOVE...

I learned all I know from this beautiful lady in the middle. My mom. She is a ROCK. Most humble and service oriented woman I have ever known. She has taught be to work hard, stand up for what I believe, and treat ALL with kindness and love. I hope I can raise my children up to respect me as much as I respect and LOVE her.
