Phoenix Friends Baby Shower

A few weekends ago my sister Amanda, friend JJ, and Rachel threw a baby shower for me. It was so fun to see everyone and celebrate that baby girl is amost here. Here is the crew minus JJ she is taking the picture. What a cute group of friends right?

OHHHH... the favors... I love tootsie rolls, and I dont know if you can see that she stenciled a "G" on each lid for Gracie. The whole shower had cute touches like that.
Here are a few of my favorite scottsdale friends, they have been so kind and generous to our small family. We have babysat all of there kids and grandkids for four years now. They have fed us endless meals and taken us in and made us feel like family since we have been here.

The shower was sooo nice and just perfert! It was one of those days I just sat back and realized how many people have touched my life and am so thankful for all of them. Thank you again for making my day special!!! I loved it!

FINALLY! They got it right! MARQUARDT!!!!I just wonder what he is thinking about with his head down....... Sooo cute! Miss his face!

GO REDSKINS!!!!

Michael and I woke up to a call yesterday morning from his agent, while he was on the phone I laid there anxiously waiting to find out what team he was off to................. after doing a few loads of laundry and packing Michael is now off to Washington DC and wearing a REDSKIN jersey.
Will anyone ever spell our last name right?
Even though I miss him terribly and life is not as fun when he is not around, I am so happy and proud of him. Life has brought us many challenges lately with the job market and economy but I am so happy he is still working hard and living his dream. He is my everything and I just hope this little girl inside my belly waits 3 more weeks so her daddy can be here for her arrival. GO REDSKINS!!!

San Diego Baby Shower

Michael and I went to visit his family in San Diego to celebrate the fourth of July this past weekend. On Friday Michael's Aunties had a surprise baby shower for me and my sister in law Kristin. She is due 10 days before me and we are both having girls.

I have never seen so much PINK in my life! It was so beautiful and so nice to see everyone and celebrate!

The cake was soo cute and so yummy. It had fresh strawberries on the inside and the frosting was amazing. Thank you to all the family and friends that were there to celebrate with us. Baby Marquardt got lots of very nice gifts! thank you again

Prego Photo Shoot

My very talented, cute older sis took prego pictures of me this weekend. I can not believe I am 6 1/2 months. 



We can not wait to meet her! Thanks Amanda for the fun photo shoot, I know I will be happy to have these some day.

Dane Emmett Morphy

 Dane Emmett Morphy has arrived! My brother Baker and his wife Jenny Penny (as dad calls her) had their second baby this past week. I am in Love and have not even met him yet. The count down is on I get to meet and love on him at the end of this month. Here are some pictures I stole from their blog but I had to brag!

So happy that we have another member of our family. Jenn and Dane are all doing well...

ROOMIES at the WP

Gosh I dont even know where to begin with these old roomies of mine. I just love them so much. Left to Right. JJ,me, Debster, and T. We all were in AZ and were able to get together. We always have so much fun catching up and talking and LAUGHING about old times. Some crazy girls so we have crazy memories.
Deb has been married about 5 years and has a darling little boy Parker and prego with her second. She and her husband are living in Cleveland and have another 5 years of residency as her husband is going to be a doctor. We miss her in AZ and try to get together when she visits her in laws. Love her!
Ohh T with her new sassy haircut. She is the most amazing women ever. She is living in Mesa and making the big bucks so she always seems to treat for us when we go out. She is miss world traveler and is always off visiting a new country or Island. Most kind hearted person you will ever meet. Always up for a good time !  Always!

J is now living in Glendale they moved here about a year ago from Vegas. She has been married 5 years and has two darling kids. Kate and Charlie. She is such a great listener and so fun! She is off this week running another marathon, yep another! FYI she also has one of the best karaoke voice in the group. That most have been years of experience at BYU. J and I met in Design school in College. 
We had such a fun night, crazy how life changes and moves on so quickly. I would not trade this chapter in my life right now for anything but it is fun to remember the crazy carefree times that we had. The best part about these girls is no matter how many years or life experiences that have gone by we will always be able to pick up where we left off. I am so thankful for them and their examples. I am emotional about everything these days but I really just love them.
