Family Night

Monday night we decieded to walk to the icecream shop down the street,not sure if it was to celebrate that Football season is over or to drown our sorrows over Ice cream because we are not going to the Super Bowl. Either way it was yummy!

Oh course my sweet hubby could not contain himself, he had to make snow balls the entire walk and throw them at parked cars. Sigh.. 

"More then just Ice cream" is the name of the cute shop. They serve all sorts of pies,cakes,coffees and of course a million choices of ice cream.

I had a Sundae with Hot Fudge and a cherry on top, Michael had a piece of cookies and cream cake with coconut ice cream?

Pine Street Pizza

Well its official now, when we call down to the pine street pizza which is about 50 yards from our doorstep, they know us by name. Does that mean something? Like maybe we get way tooo many late night cravings for pizza? Oh well it is so yummy, it is worth those extra calories. LOVE the Owners and Love the Pizza! 

One game AWAY!

Well birds we are one game away from the SUPER BOWL! The game will be on Sunday in the wonderful state of Arizona. The fans here are OUT OF CONTROL!!! I have never seen so much green in my life.We are all so excited and hope we can do it one more time!

Big Game Sunday

Thats right Eagles are still going! The Eagles travel to New York this weekend to defeat the Giants! The game is on at 12noon East coast time. Where your green! Dont miss it! Go Eagles!!! 

Museum of Art

Michael and I went to the Museum of Art in down town Philly. We were AMAZED at how large and beautiful it was. There was so much to see and we did not get enough time we will be going back again soon.

This was my honey's favorite part of the entire museum was the collection of arms and armor. Go figure right?
Here we are in the abstract sculptures area, I guess you can say we dont have much of a appreciation for this kind of art. Maybe when we go back we can give it another try. It was still very cool to see what they call "Art".

YES! This is all the place where the famous Rocky runs up the museum stairs.

Another great adventure in Philadelphia! Another Great place to take visitors to when they come to the East coast. 

Random Christmas Break Pictures

Got to love my baby Sis Mere....
Sweet Emmy, Doesn't she look like a darling little Elf? She loved Grandmas ornaments on her tree. Every time she saw a Santa Ornament her face would like up and she said WOW!
We went on the swings and also to let Em feed the ducks.

Emmy and I on the family go cart and we had so much fun riding in the orchards.
The Girls! Sis in Law Jen,(nephew on the way, Emmy, Sis Mere, and my sweet mom.  Christmas break was so nice to be home and hang with my family for awhile. We always have such a good time together. I sure missed Michael and am glad to be back with him. 

2009!

We had a quiet New Years this year. We went out to dinner at a restaurant around the corner and then went home and watched a movie and tried to stay warm.

Yes! Michael is extra hairy, all of the eagles are growing out their beards for the playoffs!

Happy 2009! We had a great 2008 and we are excited to see what live has in store for us for the new year.
